This offer applies to itc.’s 100Mbps symmetrical wireless fibre leased line Internet service on condition that:

1. The customer has line of sight to one of itc.’s wireless nodes.

2. The customer pays an installation charge which is currently, and will not be more than, £3,000.

3. The customer signs a minimum contract term of 36 months or as otherwise stated.

4. The customer agrees that, following the first year special offer monthly service charge of £49, the monthly service charge will then revert back to the normal monthly service charge of £74 for the remainder of the contract.

itc.’s Wireless Fibre Internet service is an ultrafast 100Mbps symmetrical Internet service with a maximum contention ratio of no more than 10:1.  This service is delivered using dedicated high capacity fibre backhaul.  No telephone line is required.  A router is included with the installation.

Please note that after the initial contract term, the service contract will renew for a further 12 months and then additional 12-month terms following each term.

Should the customer wish to cancel the service after the initial contract term, a 30-day cancellation notice is required in writing at least 30 days prior to the completion date of the current contract term.
